The story
CASARSA PLACE OF THE SOULIn the heart of San Giovanni di Casarsa, next to the church, stands the Loggia, a Venetian-style building probably dating back to the 14th century, once a place for civil gatherings of the lay community. The Loggia is closely linked to Pasolini’s communist political commitment; here he displayed handwritten wall posters, in both Italian and Friulian, to communicate with party militants.
